Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. There are no minimum purchase requirements and no hidden fees at checkout.

Processing & Delivery Time

Handling Time 1–3 business days
Transit Time 5–7 business days
Total Estimated Delivery 6–10 business days

Orders placed after 5:00 PM GMT, on weekends, or on UK public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

During peak periods such as holidays or promotional sales, delivery times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Carrier

We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail. All deliveries are door-to-door and fully tracked.

Delivery Area

We ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. We are currently unable to deliver to:

  • International addresses
  • PO Boxes
  • BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses

Address Changes

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@elara-london.com. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Orders

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@elara-london.com with your order number and details. We will investigate with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
